Common Questions
Blooming Milestones provides private pay services, with payment due in full prior to the start of each session via credit/debit card, cash, or check. I require a $25 nonrefundable deposit for all evaluations that will go towards the total cost of the evaluation. I am not in-network with any insurance plan, although I will gladly provide a Superbill for client’s to submit directly to their insurance for possible reimbursement under out-of-network benefits. It is the client’s responsibility to know and understand insurance benefits, and to engage in all communication with the insurance provider.
While I do not require a physician’s referral to provide services, if you intend to submit bills for reimbursement, one may be required by your insurance provider.
Blooming Milestones is happy to serve families via in-home therapy in the Portland Metro Area and virtual services across the state of Oregon.
Frequency of visits will vary. We work together to determine a program frequency that is going to maintain momentum, get results, and allow you to balance the demands of your day to day life.

Yes! I have advanced training to provide pre and post-release therapy for infants and children with planned tongue and/or lip tie revisions. I will gladly work with your provider to ensure best outcomes.
